Returns and Refunds
- If you wish to Cancel your order: within 48 hours a full refund will be given in store credit.
- Returns are not available on custom orders including personalised items (including but not limited to Wedding Garters, charms, horse shoes, ring pillows, bridal charms), any item personalised/customised with your name, wedding date, size or custom request including colour and fabric changes. If personalised details on customised items have mistakes, due to being incorrectly entered at time of placing the order. It is the customers responsibility to pay any charges to have items amended and the customer is to pay all shipping charges for return of items. If the mistake was the fault of Custom Wedding Garters Australia, we will pay any shipping charges to and from the customer and no charges will apply to amend the order.
- If items are found to be faulty (each Garter/Item is quality checked thoroughly for perfection before leaving) Buyer must pay return shipping, and returned items must be received within 30 days of Sale Date. If you would prefer a refund over a replacement/repair you will receive a Store Credit, for the product value only, not for any shipping charges.
- I will not reimburse you for change of mind, however a store credit will be given. So please ensure you are happy with the item you are purchasing.
- Returns due to change of mind (that are not personalised or customised in any way) will be refunded with Store credit excluding any shipping costs/charges.
- If you wish to exchange a wedding garter for a bigger or smaller size, the customer is responsible for all return shipping to Custom Wedding Garters Australia and shipping charges back to the customer.
- All items are photographed in true colour and are described in the colours portrayed in the photo. Be aware the colour differences may occur from computer to phone/tablet/ipad ect. I do my best to describe the colour and display them exactly as they are, Colour samples can be purchased on my website if you wish to match them with your colour scheme before placing an order.
- If you have placed an order and paid with Afterpay, you have a couple options for receiving a refund.
- If you cancel an order within 48 hours, You may receive a full refund less a $20 restocking fee (this is to cover any fees afterpay charge us as a merchant for processing your order).
- If you choose to cancel an order after 48hrs and your order has not yet been made or shipped you will receive a store credit to the value of your order total.
- If you choose to return an order for a refund you will receive only a store credit to the value of your items less shipping charges.
- All sales are final on personalised items (that have been completed) that are made with your name or personal details, Returns and refunds on these items will not be given unless they are deemed faulty, a replacement will be given in this circumstance.

- Your full name
- Your order/invoice number
- Your order date
- Product information and reason for return/exchange, if faulty please describe and send photos of the fault in your email.
