Garters, horse shoes, flower girl baskets, bracelets and Ring pillows are all made to order, I dont have stock sitting around for months or years, so you can be rest assured your Garter will arrive in pristine condition as it was made just for you!

All items are shipped via Australia Post. Unless pickup instore is selected upon checkout in this case items are only available to be picked up in Bendigo, I will email you once your order is ready for pickup.
Please be aware, once I have posted orders I cannot control how long the postal system takes to deliver you

Satandard Shipping- est arrival time after being posted 1- 2 weeks
Express – est arrival time after being posted ~1-4 Days Depending on location
Inernational Tracked AIRMAIL – est arrival time after being posted ~ 5 – 21 Days-
INTERNATIONAL EXPRESS – est arrival time after being posted ~ 3 – 10 Days –
- Australian customers have their parcels sent via a trackable method, Regular prepaid satchel*, Registered Post or Express Post.
- All parcels must be signed for upon arrival. A work address may be best if you are not at home during the day.
- If you are not home to sign for the parcel, you should be carded by the postal service delivering the parcel (Aust Post within Australia), and the parcel will be sent to the local post office to await your collection.
- If you have not been carded, and have not received your parcel in due time, Please contact us for a tracking number (Australian orders only).
- Pickup is available for Local Customers Bendigo and Surrounding areas (Victoria, Australia) From the Bendigo Bridal Fair
*PLEASE be aware if you wish to have you parcel covered if for some unfortunate reason it is lost in the post please select the registered post method, as Custom Wedding Garters Australia wont be held responsible if your item is lost during postage with regular postage , we will do our best to track down your order but this may take awhile due to Australia Post requiring customers to wait 3 months before you can file for a missing parcel as they require us to wait just incase the parcel is returned to us.
International Customers: if you wish for your parcel to be registered or express posted please select these in the checkout tab for extra International postage coverage. thank you.
Custom Wedding Garters Australia recommends that all International customers purchasing from the Custom Wedding Garters Australia website check the Customs Charges and Terms and Conditions at the local Customs office within their country before making a Custom Garters Online purchase.
Customs charges may apply to some International orders depending on the weight and/or value of the parcel. As each country has different charges and policies we are unable to provide more detailed information on this.
Custom Wedding Garters Australia will not be held responsible for any parcels that customers have refused to pay the Customs charges on in that country.
In the case an item is returned, the buyer will be contacted. Custom Wedding Garters Australia is not in obligation to issue refunds on returned items. All returned
items will be offered to be re-shipped at the buyers expense. Custom Wedding Garters Australia will not be held responisble if the customer has entered the incorrect address in the checkout.
Custom Wedding Garters Australia will not issue any refunds on change of mind on personalised products, including those that are returned to sender.
Returns will not be accepted if:
The Item has been worn
it has been longer than 7 days since receiving it
If you wish to return an item as it was not as you expected or exchange the size. buyer is required to pay return shipping and you will receive a store credit unless a replacement has been organised. If you require the new size to be re-shipped you the buyer are also required to pay these costs.
Returns Not available on Custom orders including personalised items.

In regards to personalised printed wedding garters, horse shoes and ring pillows items, please ensure corret spelling and date is entered, as if mistakes are made due to entering wrong details and you wish to have these fixed, buyer will need to pay $5 for the correction and re-printing of each ribbon bow and all postage costs for returing the item to be fixed and re-sending back to buyer.
All items are described as best to my knowledge , in regards to colours of items shades vary from each computer screen and its is impossible to see the exact colour, if you would like to see a colour sample before purchasing please contact me on 0417 4543 82 or email at email@example.com and I can arrange a colour sample to be posted to you. I do try to explain the colours to the best of my knowledge eg. charcoal, black, lemon yellow, hot pink, fuchsia pink, ect
